Ryan Arnold is the senior vice president and head of global medical affairs at Stoke Therapeutics, where he is responsible for leading medical affairs strategy, advancing awareness of our medicines and building collaboration amongst clinical and scientific experts in the community.
Ryan has 25 years of industry and medical affairs leadership experience, including prior roles with increasing levels of responsibility in the medical affairs function at multiple companies, including Amgen, Genzyme, Biogen, and Sage Therapeutics. Ryan was most recently the chief medical officer at BioCryst, where he led teams across medical affairs, clinical development and global safety and pharmacovigilance. Throughout his career, he has helped build and lead medical strategy and activities in support of the development and launch of specialty products such as Enbrel®, Tysabri®, and Tecfidera®, and rare disease products such as Eloctate®, Alprolix®, Orladeyo® and Spinraza®.
Ryan has a Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
