Katherine Lefeber

Katie Lefeber is vice president of corporate strategy and chief of staff at Stoke Therapeutics, where she leads the development and execution of the company’s corporate strategy and drives high-impact initiatives across the business. She also oversees the leadership team’s operations and decision-making processes.

Since joining Stoke in 2019, Katie has played a central role in the company’s growth, contributing to major milestones including its initial public offering, strategic collaborations, and the advancement of its lead medicine to late-stage development. She drives enterprise-level strategy and ensures organizational alignment around both long- and short-term objectives.

Before Stoke, Katie spent five years leading corporate strategy at OvaScience, a publicly traded fertility company, where she contributed to a turnaround effort that culminated in a merger with Millendo Therapeutics. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Genzyme and L.E.K. Consulting, advising biopharmaceutical companies on corporate growth, commercial planning, and organizational change.

Katie earned a B.S. in Finance from Boston College and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
