As Americans, we have struggled with racism for centuries. As individuals, as a company and as society, we must do better. We must change.
We are unrelenting in our pursuit of a culture that welcomes and celebrates diversity and respect for one another. We encourage our employees to contribute to creating a better, more equitable world.

We have asked our employees to become better educated on the topic of racial inequity; to make a donation to organizations that support efforts to address racism and inequity; to speak up when we see violations of equity; and to share ideas to affect change in and around our company and community.
Our leaders are actively engaged in building diversity programming within Stoke, sponsoring the formation of our Diversity Council, providing training for employees, and supporting programs like Project Onramp that help underserved students start their careers in life sciences with paid summer internships.
