Chaolin Zhang, Ph.D.

Chaolin Zhang is an Associate Professor in the Department of Systems Biology, Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics and the Motor Neuron Center at Columbia University Medical Center in New York. He is the founder of the Zhang Lab, which is focused on the study of RNA regulatory networks in the nervous system. The lab also studies the functional implication of RNA regulation in neural development and in certain pathologic contexts, such as autism and neurodegenerative disorders.
